In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Cary; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in North Carolina are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11:30 am–2:30 pm. Came from NJ. Visited this gem nearby. Great indian hakka style food. We got burnt chili garlic tofu, chow mein, manchurian with gravy and steamed momos. Spice level is just as requested. Staff is very nice and service is very quick!

This was my first visit, and the food was absolutely top tier! I highly recommend this spot—it was such a great find for our day out. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious. Sevi was an outstanding server and made our experience even better. Thank you for such an amazing first impression—I’ll definitely be back for more!

Food is amazing. Service could be a bit better. Waiter didn’t come to take our order until 10-15 minutes after we sat down. Food is delicious though. Try the Manchow soup and veg Manchurian with gravy. It’s delicious! Masala soda is good too.

We recently dined at Wok On Fire and were absolutely delighted—5 stars all the way! The service was impressively fast. We started with the hot & sour soup served with crispy dried noodles—a light, tangy opener that warmed us right up. For appetizers, we shared the Chicken Lollipop, cleverly named “Dreams of Heaven,” cooked to perfection with a juicy interior and crisp outside. For entrees, we ordered the Chicken 65 Fried Rice—packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and just the right spice level. Our kids devoured the Orange Chicken, which was sweet, tender, and kid‑approved. To finish, we indulged in a rich brownie with a scoop of ice cream—decadent, gooey, and the perfect end to our meal. The entire experience was fast, delicious, and memorable. Highly recommended!
